Loneliness feels terrible. Even when you are surrounded by dozens of people, inner loneliness causes you to feel like no one is there. But in reality, you are not alone. Loneliness comes from the feeling that no one cares.

No matter what you tell yourself, friends, family, and even complete strangers care. They may not always seem to care, but they do. Someone caresabout you. If something is weighing heavy on your heart, turn to someone to talk to. Life does not have to be suffered alone, and comfort can be found in others.

Sometimes friends and family fail to bring the comfort needed for whatever trial you are facing. When they are not any help, turn to God. God cares. He will always care, and he will always be there for you. God will always love you.

Take a look at Psalm 25:16-18, which says,
16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
